How to participate | What you need to plan for
To be eligible to perform you must also attend the 6-week series on Wednesdays, as we will use class time to learn the choreography. In addition to the class schedule, here's the rehearsal schedule to mark your calendar:
Wednesday Rehearsals:
Sep 28th - Nov 2nd
7:20 pm (1-hour long)
Thursday Rehearsals:
Oct 13th - Nov 3rd
Evening time TBA (1 hour and a half long)
Bassh Mandatory Dates:
Tech Rehearsal on Wednesday Nov 9th: 7:20 pm on stage.
Dress Rehearsal on Friday Nov 11th: 1:00 pm on stage.
Show Dates & Times:
Friday, November 11th, 7:30 pm
Saturday, November 12th, 7:30 pm
(PS) If needed, we will add rehearsals on Fridays or weekends.

It’s an honor system. If unvaccinated, students must wear a mask inside the facility and classroom. Thank you!
Rehearsal Guidelines - IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ
- Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes and rehearsals, being allowed to miss up to 1 class/rehearsal only. In the event of missing another scheduled date, participant is required to take a private class (see below). This rule also applies for arriving late or leaving early.
- You must communicate your absence, delay or early departure at least 24 hours ahead of time.
- Please understand that if missing more than 2 rehearsals participant might not be eligible to perform.
- Participants are highly encouraged to practice extra time with other dancers outside the main rehearsal schedule.
- Private class/coaching will be required for participants who must miss a second rehearsal and for the ones who are having difficulty learning and executing steps and/or choreography at Cris Basimah's discretion.
- Private class/coaching will be offered at a special discounted rate to enrolled performance participants during this season.
Costume Information
Dancers might be responsible for acquiring some of their own costume based on specs and guidance provided by BDL. More costume information TBA to participants.
Costume "Estimate": $200 - $250 (not included in registration fee). Please expect to pay the final amount no later than October 5th.
Workshop Registration
There are two payment options available:
Single payment: $240
Payment Plan (2x): Deposit of $140 and Balance of $100 due 2 weeks later.
Bassh Mandatory fee per dancer: $25 due on Sep 28th. Please bring cash only in exact change.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please note that when you register for this event you are committing 100% to participating in it. Refunds will not be offered as well as NO credits for missed classes/rehearsals. All sales are final, no exceptions. Thanks for understanding. :-)
