How to Cancel your Membership/Subscription
If you'd like to cancel your BDL Online Studio Membership/Subscription at anytime, just follow the simple steps in this video or the slides below.
Step 1: Login to your BDL account
Login to your BDL ACCOUNT by clicking on MEMBERS HUB.
Step 2: Select My Account
Then go top right to click on your profile and select MY ACCOUNT.
Step 3: Select Billing
Once in your account, select BILLING on the left side bar.
Step 4: Select Subscriptions
Now select the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab located beside the BILLING HISTORY tab.
Step 5: In Subscriptions
Now click on CANCEL, under the ACTIONS tab.
Step 6: Confirm Cancellation
Lastly click on OK to confirm your cancellation.
You are all set!
Please note your subscription will run up till the next payment date.
Check your Paypal/Stripe account
You will now notice in your Paypal or Stripe account that the subscription has been canceled.
